- Service provider management. I am the interface to your IT service providers: I obtain quotes, review invoices, handle the technical discussions, and make sure that what was agreed is what gets delivered.
- Security in view. I keep an eye on your systems, backups, and access, keep your emergency plan up to date, and get in touch with you before a risk becomes an incident – not after.

The “handprint” then represents the measurable positive impact of a digital system on one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I always consider it part of my job to increase my personal handprint and that of my clients and partners.
